Since my childhood, I have been fascinated
with flowing water. Whether as a tiny trickle
or a mighty river – driven by gravitational
force and shaped by obstacles, the element
reveals its diverse nature. With its striving
for spherical roundness, it shapes and is
shaped. Natural and artificial barriers give
it endlessly and constantly changing forms
of appearance.
Flowing water is gentle, sparkling, foamy,
pure, spraying, wild, delicate, brutal,
rippling,
smooth, raging, tossing, roaring,
noisy,
murmuring, tranquil, dirty, whispering,
destructive…, alive. |

I love the smell, the sound and the
diverse shapes.
Artistically speaking, flowing water is
my partner.
I do not take any pictures
of,
but rather with flowing water. It is
my color,
paintbrush and
drawing pen.
